A 50 years old man was injured by a medical provider due to the wrong medication administered on him while receiving treatment at a mejor hospital. The patient went to a major hospital. He was given the wrong medication. The medication made him lose blood and spent 8 days hospitalized but he recovered well. He did not suffer any other symptoms or any additional injury. We negotiated a settlement on his behalf and received $50,000.00.
