Attorney Ari Castel is the Managing Partner at Castel & Hall, LLP. Attorney Castel has Expertise in Personal Injury Law, Immigration Law, Criminal Law, Civil Litigation, and Federal Litigation.
Attorney Castel has represented many clients in State Court, Federal Court, and before state and federal agencies. His extensive experience, knowledge of the law, and innovative problem-solving tactics have earned him positive recognition throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and in other states. Attorney Castel earned a Juris Doctor degree in law in Massachusetts, a master’s degree in business administration from Strayer University, and a bachelor’s degree in international relations overseas.
Attorney Castel also studied Intellectual Property and Corporate Law at the University of Cologne in Germany. Prior to founding Castel & Hall, LLP, Attorney Castel volunteered with many agencies and institutions, including Catholic Charities of Washington, D.C.
While in law school, Attorney Castel interned for Judge Dennis Curran in the Middlesex County Superior Court where he gained expertise in civil litigation to advocate for plaintiffs and defendants.
Prior to founding Castel & Hall, LLP, he received several trainings in various international courts and organizations, including the International Court of Justice (ICJ), the International Criminal Court (ICC), the Special Court of Sierra Leone, The International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda, the Hague Conference on Private International Law, and the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia.
At Castel & Hall, LLP, Attorney Castel has won big lawsuits for injured clients including multimillion dollars settlement. He has defended immigrants against deportation. He also released hundreds of detainees and defendants from jail and detention. He is a well-commended attorney in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and elsewhere.
