We settled an employment discrimination for a client despite knowing employment discrimination cases are hard. A Client was fired by the company she worked for which hired a less qualified employee to replace her. We filed a lawsuit on her behalf. After being fired, she was hired somewhere else for a higher salary than her previous employer and did not lose wages. We mediated the matter, and her case was settled before trial.
